Delivery Attempt Failed
Our shipments are handled by UPS and FedEx, and delivery attempts are managed directly by the carrier.

• A second attempt is not guaranteed and depends on the carrier’s discretion
• If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be:
– Held at a local pickup location, or
– Redirected based on carrier procedures

• Your package will usually be held for up to 5 days at the nearest carrier pickup location
• The exact location will be shown on your tracking page
📱 What You Must Do

• Locate your assigned pickup location using your tracking number
• Contact UPS or FedEx directly for any delivery issues or questions
⚠️ Important
• If your package is not picked up within the allowed timeframe, it will be returned to the warehouse
• Once returned:
– Items will be restocked
– A 25% restocking fee will apply
– Original and return shipping fees will be deducted
