CheapestClothing.com uses third-party fulfillment warehouses across the United States to store and ship all orders. This allows us to significantly reduce costs and offer the lowest wholesale prices.

As a result, all return procedures, conditions, and fees are determined by these third-party warehouses and must be strictly followed.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 28 days of the purchase date
• Items must be in 100% new condition:
– Unworn
– Unwashed
– Unwrinkled
– Undamaged
• Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected

Shipping Responsibility

• You are responsible for:
– Returning items to the original shipping warehouse
– All return shipping costs
• Returns must be shipped using:
UPS
FedEx
In-person returns are not accepted
• Warehouses are not open to the public


Restocking Fee

• All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
• This fee is imposed by the fulfillment warehouse


How to Request a Return (RMA and PO # Required)

To initiate a return, email: info@CheapestClothing.com

Include the following:

• Full name
• Order number
• Purchase date
• Reason for return
• List of items being returned (model, quantity, color, size)

Once approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and PO numbers.


Packaging Instructions (Required)

• Pack items in a clean, sturdy box
• Include a paper inside the package with:
RMA #
Order (PO) #
• Clearly write the RMA # and PO # on the outside of the box using a thick black marker


Shipping & Tracking

• Ship your return to the address provided after RMA approval
• Use UPS or FedEx only
• You must provide a valid tracking number after shipment


Important Notes

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
• Returns that do not meet warehouse standards will be denied
• Denied returns will not be shipped back to you
• Denied items will be donated to charity
• Warehouse return departments are not accessible to customers


Processing Time

• Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days after delivery
• Approved refunds are processed within 3–4 business days after inspection and restocking


Abuse & Misuse Policy

• Any return or exchange deemed abusive, fraudulent, or in bad faith will result in:
– Immediate account restriction
– Permanent ban from future purchases
