Option 1 – Keep them (fastest, and most customers choose this)

Keep the wrong items and pay only the wholesale price for them. As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately ship your missing items. You don't wait for a return and don't have to pack anything.

The items you keep don't go to waste. You can use them on your next customer order or keep them as stock on hand, so you're ready for the next job without having to reorder.

Option 2 – Return them

We send you a free return label. Your missing items only ship after the warehouse receives your return and restocks it, which takes 10–15 business days.

You never pay shipping on either option.

Attach ONE photo of all the wrong items laid flat, with the tags and size labels showing.

If the list or the photo is missing, we can't start your claim.

What happens next

The warehouse checks your claim within 1–2 business days. We then email you the next step.

All claims are verified. A false claim gets your account suspended.
